Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $19.17/hour
Work Schedule:
Remote Training: 4–5 weeks of fully remote training
In-Office: 5 days per week after training
Hybrid Schedule: After 6 months, transition to 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and resolve client service inquiries efficiently
Support cash management products and digital banking tools
Meet performance metrics in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and collaborate with team members
