Primary Purpose:
Provide targeted instructional support to students performing below grade level in reading, mathematics, or other core content areas. Deliver supplemental intervention and enrichment lessons that accommodate diverse learning styles, using data-driven strategies to accelerate student learning and achievement.
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education
Valid Texas teaching certificate
Master’s degree (preferred)
Reading or math specialist or interventionist endorsement (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of two years of successful classroom teaching
Experience in providing academic interventions (preferred)
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong foundation in instructional strategies and intervention models
Knowledge of MTSS/RTI frameworks and data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with digital tools that support personalized learning
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills?
