Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years experience as a technical Project Manager
(open to Business Sys Analyst, Product Owner, Software Integration/Support background who are seeking PM career)
- Ideally have experience with PM Software (MS Project, Wrike, Jira, Salesforce, etc)
- Prior knowledge or experience supporting or implementing SaaS, ERP, or Accounts Payable solutions (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, or NetSuite
Strong
- Technically inclined mindset with ability to communicate and document technical specifications effectively
- Go-getter, self-motivated, growth oriented, customer first mindset will be key to success.

Job Description
The Project Manager is proactive and ensures optimal customer onboarding onto the company's AP automation platform by understanding customer requirements, overseeing adoption, establishing best practices to continually drive value and return on investment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Customer Onboarding & Project Leadership:
Conduct all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are achieved. This includes detailed project management plans, schedules, status reports, roles & responsibilities list, risks, issues, and project documentation
- Technical Scoping:
Lead technical scoping discussions with the customer’s IT teams
Write functional specifications and liaise with development for application scripts to meet requirements that cannot be addressed via the standard settings of the solution.
- Pre-Sales & Partner Support:
Participate in pre-sales stages for customers with significant levels of complexity by analyzing, qualifying expressed needs and quoting days of service.
