Helpdesk Technicians in the Behavioral Health Services division in Long Beach, CA, provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software under the guidance of the IT Director.
Assist staff/users via phone or in-person by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Respond promptly to support requests, enforce IT and security policies, and evaluate issues related to network, hardware, or applications.
Install, test, and configure workstations and peripherals, including printers and copiers, and document resolutions.
Provide support outside of normal hours as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
