Soldering Technician

Acloché is seeking motivated candidates for a long-term position as a hand soldering technician. In this role, you will be responsible for hand soldering and repairing printed circuit boards to meet IPC standards. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring high quality and meeting customer needs. Additionally, you will assemble products following specified testing procedures.

Shift and Pay:

•Shift: 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday

•Pay: $17 per hour to $20 per hour

Essential Duties:

•Use hand soldering techniques to finish product assembly and repair solder bridges.

•Perform mechanical assembly, clipping, and cleaning.

•Follow instructions and documents to prepare and assemble quality products.

•DE panel printed circuit boards and completed other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

•Previous soldering experience.

•Stable work history with no frequent job changes.

•Good attendance is important.

•Able to read and follow specifications to assemble quality products.

•Attention to detail is necessary to inspect small items accurately.

•Need to handle small parts with skill and have basic computer skills.

•Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

•Basic English communication skills to understand and follow instructions.
