We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is key to driving sales, building relationships, and supporting our business-to-business (B2B) operations. You'll work closely with our wholesale partners, vendors, and internal teams to help expand our reach and revenue.

Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Location: 3000 Town Center, Suite 2430. Southfield, MI 48075.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

Engage with prospective and current customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Maintain and grow relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and vendors

Identify sales opportunities and close deals within assigned accounts

Provide product information, support, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to support business goals

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Assist in the onboarding of new clients and follow up on leads

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with experience selling to wholesalers and pharmacies.

Stay updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and iON Pharma USA product offerings.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market presence.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoints.
