Job Overview:
The Operations Coordinator will conduct regular inspections of the entire property/properties for the purpose of Checking all Landscaping Standards. To administrate the process of invoices and Budgets with the Operations Manager/Property Managers/Senior Managers, and its processes, work closely with homeowners to assist with complaints, concerns they may have.
Your Responsibilities:
Daily interaction with homeowners
Oversee all Landscaping on Common Areas
Work with vendors to review landscaping in common areas
Review proposals created by vendor for all root intrusion problems including pavers, swales, sidewalks and homeowner front yards.
Ensure that landscape, Pest Control and Irrigation Vendor Contract Agreements are being met
Complete all work orders and formal complaints from homeowners for landscaping, pest control lake maintenance, roadways, and sidewalks.
Attend landscape committee meetings
Ensure budget line items for said responsibilities are not exceeding goals.
Responsible for any issues regarding LWDD and County highway department
Interpret and understand contracts
Maintain Landscape Spreadsheet
Maintain Lake and Wetlands Sills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Valid Florida Driver License
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Previous similar experienced preferred.

Ability to lift 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures
Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time
Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 3ft)
Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g., heat, cold, wind, rain)
Walk and climb stairs
Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment
Reach with hands and arms
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers
