️ About the Role
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Administrator to lead and support enterprise-level network infrastructure for a high-demand e-commerce environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network incidents
Lead resolution of network issues and ensure business continuity
Implement and manage network changes following ITIL and change management protocols
Install, upgrade, and maintain network components
Audit network devices to ensure compliance with policies and standards
Document processes and maintain detailed technical records
Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and on-call support
Required Technical Expertise
F5 LTM Load Balancers - configuration, installation, and upgrades
Checkpoint & Juniper Firewalls - administration and troubleshooting
Cisco Routers & Switches - IOS and Nexus OS
Advanced troubleshooting of network traffic flows
Strong knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, TCP/IP
Scripting in Perl, Python, or Bash
Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with remote, matrixed teams
Experience with documentation, user guides, and process development
