Duties:
Responsible for management of financials, bi-weekly, and month-end inventory for all Food & Beverage (alongside General Manager and Executive Chef), supplies
Ensures all adherence to Company policies, procedures and systems
Ensures adequate amount of inventory is on hand, adjusts PAR levels as needed in respect to business levels
Maintain vendors, employees, schedules, PLU’s, Recipes
Maintains New Hire onboarding and Payroll records
Assist in maintaining guest and employee claims
Ensure renewal of all appropriate licenses, permits and all Company mandated postings
Makes bank deposits, maintains
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of administrative/bookkeeping experience (Hospitality experience is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Utilize daily, weekly and monthly deliverables to ensure positive results
