Compensation:
$60,000 - $180,000 a year based on experience.

$60,000 - $180,000Responsibilities:
Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement.
Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust.
Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery.
Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams.
Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses and obtain expert reports and affidavits.
Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.Qualifications:
An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar
A license to practice law in Minnesota is preferred, but not required
Ideally 2+ years of litigation experience (motor vehicle/automobile liability preferred)
Ability to manage a high volume of cases
Excellent client service focused on compassion
Excellent communication skills
