### What You’ll Be Rockin’ Day-to-Day

- **Be *the one* from Day 1:** You’ll own the full onboarding and implementation lifecycle—from kickoff to “WOW, that was seamless!”

- **Lead with empathy, build with precision:** You’ll configure various platforms to match each client’s needs, workflows, and goals (think: systems, tools, and integrations).

- **Get ‘em winning fast:** Drive speedy and strategic go-lives so clients feel value fast and stay obsessed long-term.

- **Talk the talk + walk the tech:** Be the translator between client needs and technical setup. APIs, data models, and migrations? You’re comfy there.

- **Drive adoption like a pro:** Run team trainings, group onboarding sessions, and product walkthroughs that don’t just inform—they inspire.

- **Solve and evolve:** Troubleshoot issues, uncover what’s *really* going on, and offer solutions that make customers feel seen and supported.

- **Scale what works:** Build templates, onboarding flows, and playbooks that make the next rollout smoother than the last.

- **Partner like a champ:** Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Success to ensure each launch is a win across the board.

### You’ll Thrive If You...

- Have **3–5 years of experience** implementing SaaS platforms (extra kudos if it’s in fintech, HR tech, or productivity tools)

- Have led rollouts for **ATS platforms** (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) or **complex systems with integrations**

- Are fluent in SQL, comfortable around APIs, and you *get* how data flows between systems

- Love wearing multiple hats—project manager, consultant, coach, and low-key hype person

- Can translate tech-speak into human-speak and vice versa

- Obsess over details and make complex things feel easy

- Have a proactive, solutions-first mindset—you see gaps, you build bridges
