Our family-oriented office is growing and looking to add a new customer service representative. We are looking for you to fit right into our community involved, team-oriented office. You will be responsible for quoting personal lines potential clients, answering phones, answering questions from future/current clients and multi-task with others. We are looking for you to have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities
Quoting personal lines.
Answering phones and questions from current/future clients.
Multi-tasking with everyday tasks and within the team.
Issuing certificates and creating binders.
Requirements
Property & Casualty License preferred.
Offer P&C Insurance Licensing Assistance.
Minimum of at least 1 year of office experience.
Team player motivated and looking for growth.
Ability to learn and use office software.
Occasional cross-selling / up-selling.
