MRI Technologist, Per Diem - Saturdays

The Respiratory Care Practitioner II provides comprehensive respiratory services, including assessments, interventions, patient education, and equipment management.

Responsibilities include performing procedures like oxygen delivery, ventilator management, bronchoscopy assistance, and airway maintenance.

May serve as shift Charge Therapist, coordinate staffing, and assist with advanced procedures such as bronchoscopy and tracheostomy.

Performs CPR, arterial blood gas analysis, pulmonary function tests, and monitors patient responses to therapies.

Instructs patients and families on respiratory therapies and maintains equipment.

Requires current state licensure, NBRC credential, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and two+ years of relevant experience.

Skills include strong communication, patient assessment, equipment knowledge, and teamwork.

Preferred qualifications include additional certifications, advanced degrees, and EPIC EHR training.
