Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3 12 Nights (1800–0630)
Pay: $2,746.80/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)
Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports a high-acuity hospital environment with routine ICU scanning and advanced MRI capabilities. Candidates must meet distance requirements and be comfortable with night shifts, call, and floating as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans including neuro, MSK, abdominal, breast, and enterography studies
Safely scan ICU patients using MRI-safe ventilators, IVACs, and monitoring equipment
Operate Siemens MRI scanners (1.5T Aera)
Start IVs as needed and follow MRI safety protocols
Accurately document exams in EPIC
Participate in shared call rotation (weekday and periodic weekend call)
Float as needed per facility policy
Qualifications
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB certification
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years MRI experience (1.5 years considered with strong Level I / large hospital background)
Siemens scanner experience required
IV start experience strongly preferred
Cardiac experience a plus
Traveler’s permanent address must be >100 miles from the facility
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and call as scheduled
