Position Overview:JCCT is seeking a talented and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. This role is essential in driving business insights and planning, ensuring sustainable growth aligned with our long-term strategic objectives. This role will serve as a strategic business partner and impact key decisions by providing financial insight, scenario analysis, and help with long-term planning. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, proactive, and adept at forecasting, supporting senior leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Insights: Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to guide JCCT’s growth trajectory and align with strategic goals.

Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead financial forecasting efforts to optimize resources and enhance profitability.

Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate financial and operational trends to identify risks and opportunities.

KPI Reporting: Develop and manage regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and accountability.

Leadership Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leaders, enabling data-informed business decisions.

Board Reporting: Assist with monthly and quarterly reports presented to the board of directors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and operational execution.Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.

Experience working within the healthcare, clinical trials, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial systems, and business intelligence tools like Power BI.

Experience with SQL and data modeling is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and board members.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
