The Position

IRC is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Superintendent to join our growing team. This leadership role is essential for organizing, coordinating, and managing company resources throughout the project lifecycle. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations are met or exceeded. This teammate will:

Provide leadership and oversight to field teams and subcontractors during the construction phase.

• Ensure all work complies with corporate policies, safety standards, and local/federal regulations.

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on all job sites.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Oversee schedule management, procurement, cost control, and progress reporting.

• Offer technical support and recommend methods and equipment when needed for Commercial/Metal Roofing and Siding.

• Participate in pre-construction planning and estimating reviews.

Requirements and Qualifications

Commercial roofing and metal roofing experience is required.

• Proven leadership in construction, preferably in commercial roofing or siding.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost management, and field operations.

• Hands-on knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA compliance.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

• Valid driver's license.
