Note: this position is not project based and is intended to be a contract to hire if the fit is right for the role.
Shift hours vary but are primarily M-F, 8A - 4:30P.
Duties:
Provide administrative support by:
Preparing correspondence, reports, matrixes, slide presentations, meeting minutes and charts
Facilitating training
Participating in special projects
Provide clerical support by:
Preparing expense reports for approval
Setting up and organizing meetings and facility events
Coordinating travel plans and calendars
Evaluating vendors, purchasing and maintaining misc. supplies
Handling all incoming and outgoing mail; answering phones
Extended or weekend hours may be required occasionally to support facility or customer events.
