We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks for our insurance team. The ideal candidate has experience in insurance processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails, calls, and client inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Assist with insurance applications, policy documentation, and data entry
Maintain and update client records in CRM or insurance management systems
Prepare quotes, proposals, and basic reports as directed
Verify policy information and ensure compliance with company procedures
Process claims support documentation and follow up on claim status
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and calendar management
Coordinate with agents, underwriters, and carriers as needed
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information securely
