The Human Resources Manager will oversee all day-to-day HR operations while supporting long-term strategic initiatives. This role plays a key part in promoting a positive, inclusive culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Act as a resource for employee questions and conflict resolution
Lead performance management processes and coaching efforts
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Oversee compensation and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Maintain and update HR procedures and documentation
Support employee engagement and retention efforts
Track HR metrics and assist in data-driven decision-makingQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of experience in human resources
SHRM-CP or PHR certification required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic tech tools (PDF editing, scanning, etc.)
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
Willingness to travel up to 20% as neededAdditional Details:
