A well-established and expanding organization in the consumer products sector is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a variety of technology-driven initiatives. This critical role centers on managing projects across enterprise platforms, including ERP systems, web portals, and mobile applications, ensuring effective execution from planning through implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, capable of balancing project execution with stakeholder collaboration and process optimization. This position requires direct engagement with both internal teams and external partners and involves prioritizing and coordinating technical efforts across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP and related platforms.
Collaborate with internal business units and external vendors to resolve technical and process-related issues.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Oversee ongoing system operations, ensuring stability, security, and performance improvements.
Identify areas for enhancement through system metrics, user feedback, and business needs.
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentorship as needed.
Develop clear documentation, including system requirements, testing protocols, user guides, and knowledgebase content.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience managing or analyzing enterprise applications.
Strong proficiency in ERP or CRM systems; experience with Sage X3 is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, or similar).
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
Skilled at gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
