Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive enterprise-level IT initiatives, including virtualization (VMware), storage (NetApp), and networking (Cisco/Fortinet). This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technical implementations with business objectives and provide expert oversight of cross-functional technical teams. You will serve as a bridge between consultants, SMEs, and project stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical teams through planning, implementation, and support phases of IT projects

Architect, design, and validate infrastructure and networking solutions across server, storage, and security domains

Provide expert guidance on VMware, NetApp, and Cisco/Fortinet-based architecture

Review and approve technical deliverables and documentation

Ensure all technical work aligns with enterprise standards and security policies

Troubleshoot complex issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend optimization strategies

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet functional needs and project goals

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of technical leadership experience in IT infrastructure projects

Strong, hands-on knowledge of:

Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware ESXi, vCenter)

Enterprise storage systems (e.g., NetApp ONTAP)

Networking and security (e.g., Cisco routers/switches, Fortinet firewalls)

Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and systems integration

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead teams across multiple domains and ensure project alignment with business goals.
