SAP SuccessFactors Architect

Position Overview:
A leading utilities company on the West Coast is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules within a complex enterprise landscape. This role requires deep architectural knowledge across multiple SF modules, hands-on configuration and integration expertise, and experience delivering scalable solutions within U.S.-based, large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, configuration, and end-to-end deployment of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, PM, GM, Compensation, Succession, LMS, ECSC, Workzone, Analytics).
Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4 HANA, EC Payroll, and related SAP systems (SAP ECC, Time, Fieldglass, Ariba).
Translate HR/business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive optimization of existing solutions.
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders across all phases of project lifecycle.
Ensure alignment with U.S. payroll compliance and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of total IT experience with ERP configuration and system integration.
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and architecture experience.
U.S.-based large-scale project delivery experience is required.
Hands-on integration with SAP S/4 HANA and EC Payroll.
Preferred:
Experience with SAP CPI, Integration Center, API management, and SAP BTP.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
Graduate degree or architecture/business analysis certifications (CBAP/CCBA).
