? Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors.
? Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central.
? Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.
? Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml.
? System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint.
? Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design.
? Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management
? experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems
? Strong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.
? Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
