Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT Field

Excellent communication skills

Strong customer service orientation

Must be self-motivated, with excellent problem solving skills

Ability to multitask and keep exceptional organization

Knowledge of PC hardware and software

Knowledge in workstation operating systems

Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2016

Basic knowledge of LAN / WAN technologies

Basic wireless knowledge

Ability to manage wide variety of printers
