Description
The Senior Data Liaison role is crucial for facilitating effective communication and collaboration between project teams and the central data hub within the organization
Responsibilities include project intake and prioritization, serving as the primary point of contact for data-related matters, promoting data literacy, developing compelling data narratives, and operationalizing data insights into business processes
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possesses strong project management skills in a data-driven environment, and demonstrates proficiency in data governance, communication, and data analysis tools

Data Literacy Promotion:
Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance data literacy across departments
Provide guidance and support to teams in interpreting and utilizing data effectively
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making through education and advocacy
Data Narrative Development:
Collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts to distill complex data into actionable insights
Craft compelling data narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including executives and frontline staff
Visualize data effectively to communicate key messages and facilitate understanding
Operationalization of Data Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operationalizing data insights into business processes
Develop frameworks and tools to help teams effectively use and apply data in their day-to-day operations
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of data-driven solutions, providing guidance for optimization and improvement
Project Intake and Prioritization Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
Facilitate the intake process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resources
Prioritize projects based on strategic importance, feasibility, and impact
Liaison with Central Data Hub Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and the central data hub
Coordinate data acquisition, validation, and integration processes
Ensure data quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objective
Facilitate the intake process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resources
Prioritize projects based on strategic importance, feasibility, and impact
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (data science, statistics, business, economics)
Minimum Experience:
5 years working with data, Epic developer certification
JUDGEMENT: Incumbent may work under close supervision following established routines or assigned work with limited employee latitude. Employee may work under general supervision and receives general guidance on work priority with substantial employee latitude. Employee may work independently under the general direction of their leader.
