Essential Job Functions:

Senior level reporting and analytic skills and experience with a focus on financial data sets across multiple tools and platforms

Ability to monitor and measure the impact of new processes and/or system changes.

Ability to forecast future performance of financial programs

Can utilize skill sets and company systems to assess key drivers and recommend changes to improve operational and financial efficiency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to partner with leadership to assure complete and accurate reporting solutions

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Has knowledge and understanding of credit policies, procedures & strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports and data.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and analysis.

This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices. Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.

Specific skills and abilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting or a related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Understands how to take minimal input and develop meaningful reports

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills

Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
