Key Responsibilities:

Conduct lease-end vehicle inspections with clients

Process lease returns with BMW Financial Services

Maintain regular communication with clients leading up to their lease maturity date.

Enter and update data in dealership software systems

Assist the Sales and Finance departments while providing exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or sales experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with computers and iPads

Energetic, positive attitude with a self-starter mindset

Valid driver's license

Availability to work Saturdays
