We are hiring a Financial Recruiter to strengthen our recruiting capability for finance-related roles across industries. Our clients include VC and PE-backed companies, investment firms, and high-growth startups — and many of the roles we work on are highly specialized.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the depth and complexity of roles such as investment analyst, financial controller, accountant, and FP&A lead — and who knows how to assess top-tier finance professionals efficiently and thoroughly.
You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to structured assessment — and will work closely with our internal team of recruiters.

What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-end recruitment for finance-related positions (investment analysts, controllers, accountants, FP&A leads, etc.)
Managing sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment for both individual and team-based hiring needs
Working across a wide variety of roles such as accountants, controllers, investment analysts, corporate finance professionals, and FP&A leads
Supporting high-volume hiring for roles within accounting and financial operations
Conducting structured, insight-driven interviews and evaluations
Collaborating with our internal recruitment team to ensure alignment, speed, and quality
Staying up to date with the talent market across financial services, accounting, and investment domains
Ensuring candidates experience a high-touch and professional process
Supporting recruitment for non-finance roles as needed, including executive assistants, financial marketers, and Web3 specialists, among others.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in recruiting for finance and investment-related roles
Prior experience working at or recruiting for:
Investment firms (VC, PE, hedge funds)
Corporate finance or M&A advisory firms
Finance-focused recruitment firms or agencies
A university degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar (MSc preferred)
Strong understanding of financial roles and the skills/personality profiles that succeed in them
Experience with both specialized and higher-volume hiring processes is a plus
International recruitment experience is a must
Experience with remote hiring is a strong plus
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
