Nair Systems is currently looking ORACLE DBA for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or Technical Related Field

• 6 years of experience as Oracle DBA or similar role

• Experience in Oracle RAC, Dataguard, RMAN,EXADATA,OGG and Engineered systems

• Experience in Linux/Unix Operating system.

• Database Systems Administration Techniques – understanding of DB Performance tuning on various Operating Systems, good troubleshooting skills, Database Migration techniques

• Attention to details and analytical thinking.

• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Team player

• Good time-management skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install and Upgrade Oracle database and Corresponding Application Tools.

• Monitor system's health and performance

• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security

• Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time

• Provide suggestions for solutions

• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes

• Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement

• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems

• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after working hours

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
