Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up industrial projects, specifically warehouses and distribution centers, with project values ranging from $1-10 million.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.

Maintain a safe and clean job site.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up industrial projects.

Proven track record of managing projects ranging from $1-10 million.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Proficient in construction management software.

OSHA certification preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
