What You'll Do:

Machine aerospace-grade castings & forgings (aluminum to high-nickel alloys)

Set up and validate CNC programs on vertical & horizontal lathes

Inspect key features directly at the machine using precision measuring tools

Collaborate with engineering & programming to optimize fixtures and machining processes

Apply expert-level geometric tolerancing and blueprint reading

What You Bring:

3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe)

Expert setup, troubleshooting, and inspection skills

Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

A positive, quality-first mindset
