The Nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care per ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
Provides education to patients and families, identifying learning needs and resources.
Demonstrates leadership through self-awareness and team delegation, aligning with organizational competencies.
Requirements include a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an RN license in the state or via compact.
Work is full-time night shifts, 7 pm–7 am.
