LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) FT Shifts

This PRN/Per Diem/Gig RN position offers flexible shifts (4, 8, or 12 hours) with incentives of $40/hour plus variable shift bonuses, allowing nurses to choose day or night shifts without weekend or holiday requirements.

RNs will float across multiple departments including Critical Care, Telemetry, Med/Surg, Women's Health, L&D, Behavioral Health, and ER, across various hospital locations.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult/geriatric patients based on professional standards.

Qualifications include a current RN license, at least 1-2 years of recent bedside experience depending on the specialty, and relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Epic experience is preferred.

The program requires flexibility, availability on short notice, and adherence to minimum shift commitments, with no guaranteed hours and potential for shift cancellations.
