Responsibilities
•Manages and oversees all training-related government funding programs and initiatives
•Ensures accurate and timely follow-through of all claims and documentation related to government funding
•Maintains compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
•Supports the development and implementation of digital learning programs
•Facilitates learning events, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions
•Prepares and presents progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines
•Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related role
•Strong understanding of government funding programs and compliance requirements
•Excellent organizational and documentation skills
•Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms
•Strong communication and facilitation skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
