About the Role: As the Pool & Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our community pool and recreational programs. This includes:

Planning & Development: Designing and implementing a variety of engaging recreational programs for all ages, from swimming lessons to community events.

Pool Management: Overseeing pool operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Staff Supervision: Recruiting, training, and supervising lifeguards and other recreational staff.

Budget Management: Developing and managing the budget for pool and recreation programs.

Community Engagement: Building relationships with community members, promoting programs, and fostering a positive recreational experience.

Maintenance & Operations: Coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of pool facilities and equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recreation management, aquatics, or a related field.

Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain).

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for creating positive recreational experiences for the community.
