(In-Home Sales Experience Required — Please Do Not Apply Without It)

Luxury Pools & Living is growing and seeking two additional In-Home Sales Designers to help our clients bring their dream backyards to life.

This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented sales professional with proven in-home consumer sales experience and a strong understanding of the sales process. Candidates must have completed a formal sales course or training program.

Required Qualifications

In-home consumer sales experience (required)

Strong understanding of the sales process

Experience in landscape and/or hardscape sales

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Technologically savvy with professional online communication skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with CAD, Real Time Landscape

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage appointments with clients (all leads are provided daily)

Meet clients in their homes to discuss project goals, needs, and vision

Collaborate with clients to design custom outdoor living projects

Prepare estimates and present proposals using EZ Estimate software (no manual calculations)

Confidently present solutions and close sales

Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
