We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard our organization’s digital assets and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems and data. As a key member of our IT security team, you will identify vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and continuously enhance our cybersecurity posture to align with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Audits and Analysis: Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify security vulnerabilities, violations, or risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
Implementation of Security Controls: Develop, deploy, and manage robust security measures to protect organizational assets against cyber threats.
Network Upgrades and Compliance: Upgrade network infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, enhancing overall system security and performance.
Technology Research and Integration: Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies, test their feasibility, and implement innovative solutions to strengthen security frameworks.
Firewall and System Development: Design, configure, and maintain firewalls and other security tools to safeguard network infrastructure.
Access Control Management: Establish and manage user access privileges based on role-specific requirements and use cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, SIEM solutions, vulnerability scanners).
Strong knowledge of network protocols, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or HIPAA.
Expertise in cryptography, penetration testing, and secure coding practices.

Analytical thinking with attention to detail for identifying and mitigating security risks.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address security challenges effectively.
Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
