Biomedical Engineering - Intern/Fresher - Hybrid/Remote/Full/PartTime

Introduction

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Biomedical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced medical equipment and devices, playing a pivotal part in advancing medical technology and improving healthcare outcomes. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patient care and the quality of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and approve new medical equipment by conducting thorough testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Install and set up equipment by configuring, calibrating, and verifying its functionality to meet operational requirements.

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.

Design and develop biomedical technologies, including artificial organs, prosthetics, medical devices, and associated software.

Analyze data and generate detailed biomedical reports, highlighting key insights and trends.

Draft comprehensive protocols, policies, and technical documents for the use, maintenance, and repair of biomedical tools and equipment.

Provide expert consultation, author technical articles, and engage in teaching to share knowledge in biomedical engineering.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records for all biomedical equipment and devices.

Collaborate in the design, construction, and ongoing upkeep of diagnostic tools and other medical equipment.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in biomedical engineering, with a strong track record in designing and maintaining medical devices.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

A passion for integrating engineering principles with medicine to drive innovation in healthcare.
