What You’ll Be Doing:
• Partnering with managers to drive training, safety, employee relations, and performance management initiatives
• Acting as the eyes and ears of HR, ensuring policies and best practices support a strong workforce
• Providing guidance on union-related matters and fostering positive employee relations.
Minimum requirements for this HR Manager role:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably and HR
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong employee relations skills — you must thrive in connecting with people
• Proven leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to HR.
• Experience working with unions / union relations.
