Responsibilities

Focus on building life and commercial cliental.

Generate new leads and prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their insurance needs and goals.

Present insurance solutions and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver customized insurance proposals.

Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets and quotas.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed goals and expectations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Insurance licensure (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) required or willingness to obtain.
