Duration: 6+months Contract to Hire

Client's Global End User Services and Experience organization owns and supports all end-user technology functions. Relentlessly focused on driving and improving the end-user experience globally, the organization is helping the Client community be more productive through improved technical support, automation, and helping the community find new and innovative ways of working.

Reporting to the VP, Global head of End-User Services and the VP, Global IT Infrastructure PMO, seeking an experienced and highly motivated program manager, who is capable of navigating through a complex global network of stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and other supporting external parties. The program manager will be responsible for projects and programs within the Identity and Access Management team on a global scale, including North America.

The project manager works with the program manager, architects, regional project managers and engineers to define project scope, solutions, phase deliverables, key milestones, and evaluates risks as well as creating of contingency plans. This role is also responsible to identify and track any risks, actions, issues, and decisions, that should be brought to the attention of senior leadership. Additionally, any risk mitigation must be driven into any project to ensure problem solving while progressing key milestones across the global infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Define, manage, and lead identity and access management related projects from initiation of requirement through to completion of project and handover to Operations/BAU while applying a common methodology to manage risks and dependencies.

Work with regional delivery teams and application development teams to facilitate creation of tracking metrics, requirements, design, sizing, and related costing of hardware, software, storage, and resources of projects.

Continuously identify, log and work to mitigate or allocate risks and issues within projects.

Coordinate and chair regular Steering Committee and Governance meetings for each project/program.

Chair short daily meeting within each project to plan work for the day and identify any obstacles that could impact that work.

Hands-on development of detailed projects plans, requirements, operational models, issue logs, risk logs, etc.

Extraction and manipulation of data received from several teams into digestible information for senior management. Qualifications:

5+ years overall project and program management experience leading and successfully completing large IT infrastructure transformation programs that lead to measurable results.

Proven track record delivering Identity and Privileged Access Management Programs in both On-Prem and Cloud environments within a technically complex and dynamic environment.

Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills with ability to prepare senior management level presentations

Strong attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Strong negotiation, influencing, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills

Working knowledge of Program Management tools and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum/Kanban

Proficient with software tools including Service Now, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel

Experience with manipulating data into presentable metrics.

PM Certifications preferred: Agile SAFe, PMP, LEAN Certified/Six Sigma, etc.

College Degree, preferably in Computer Science

P&C Insurance/Reinsurance experience a plus
