Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities-

Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications.

Analysis and diagnosis of application faults and errors from Database and UI. Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.

Participate in the testing, installation and maintenance of applications software.

Conduct application functionality testing to ensure that the systems work as expected.

Handle huge database of clients using MS SQL server 2012/2014/2016/2019 and feature patch deployment.

Responsible for performing daily system backups and upgrades.

Successfully understand client issues, conduct any necessary technical research (code review, database queries, traces, debug, etc)

Provide an effective and efϐicient client response service and communicating messages regarding systems issues to users in a timely manner.

Liaison between the testing /development /client leads for providing support in project deployment.

Responsible for analyzing technical and functional issues and then escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams.

Potential to provide technical assistance during new installations on-site.

Takes ownership and responsibility of cases while escalating whenever appropriate and follow up till closure of issues

Responsible for maintaining documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc. Desired Proϐile of the Candidate:

Any B.Tech or BSC or BCA or MSC or MCA Graduate with 0-1 experience in a similar role with good written and oral communication skills can apply.

Require Strong Knowledge of MS SQL Queries and MS SQL Server 2012/2014/2016.. Must be ϐlexible to work in rotational shifts.

Require Excellent oral and written communication.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines..

Fast Learner with excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.

Having knowledge of PowerShell Scripting is additional.

Selection process:

1. Candidates will be shortlisted based on performance in aptitude test and communication skills.

2. Candidates will be asked to develop a series of small programs using SQL.

3. Candidates will going through Technical Interview Round.

4. Final Shortlisted Candidates will be trained on our products, proprietary technical framework skills and evaluated towards end of the month. After successful completion of the training period, the job will be offered at the company. 5. Candidate will be on probation period of 6 months. Employment will be conϐirmed after probation period. Salary range would be 2 lacs to 3 lacs per year for conϐirmed employees.
