What You'll Do as a Team Member:

Execute assigned tasks with precision and proficiency.

Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors regarding task progress.

Uphold our commitment to delivering top-quality products by embodying a proactive and "can-do" attitude.

Interpret mechanical drawings and instructions to assemble various components, including cable and electronic assemblies.

Utilize assembly tools and techniques effectively, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing refined assembly procedures.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in RF connector/cable assembly, unit, and chassis level assembly, cable dressing, electronics manufacturing, or wire soldering.

Proficiency in working with hand tools and mechanical equipment.

Ability to solder under a microscope with precision.

Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

Aptitude for following detailed instructions and meeting product requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and MS Office tools.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proven track record of initiative and dedication to mission success.

Experience That Sets You Apart (But Not Required):

Experience in metal fabrication, including manual or CNC mill operation, drill press, sheet metal brake, and more.

Familiarity with SMT rework procedures.

Previous leadership experience.
