Role: Lead .NET Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Our Challenge:

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and development of applications and frameworks, ensuring technical excellence and innovation from the ground up.

Provide hands-on development and coding, particularly in .NET, to support the team and contribute to ground-up development efforts.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions.

Drive solution design and architecture conversations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Leverage cloud technologies to design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:

You are:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.

10+ years of extensive experience as a .NET Developer with a strong emphasis on architecture, solution design, and hands-on development.

Proven expertise in building applications and frameworks from the ground up, with a focus on technical innovation and best practices.

In-depth understanding of .NET development, solution architecture, and cloud-based technologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage in architecture conversations and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

Proficient in .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5+,C#,JavaScript,RESTful services, ORM, T-SQL, JSON, MVC, XML, HTML, and CSS, Azure based Architectures.

Designing solutions with modern architecture patterns background: Microservices, SOA, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, Asynchronous Messaging, Service Bus, Event Sourcing, APIs, Web Services.

It would be great if you also had:

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services, with a strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and best practices.
