Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced EUC Architect to join our dynamic team. As an EUC Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing end-user computing solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience.

Principal Responsibilities

and Stakeholder Engagement:

closely with internal stakeholders, including Investment, Back Office, and Sales teams.

Design and Architecture:

Strategy: Develop and maintain a strategic vision for end-user computing within the organization. This includes understanding business needs, user requirements, and industry trends.

and Low-Level Design: Create comprehensive solution designs that address user experience, security, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Hybrid Environment Expertise:

365 Services: Understand and manage services like SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams within a hybrid context.

Management and Optimization:

Management: Define standards for managing end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices). Implement tools like SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management solutions.

Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize device performance, ensuring seamless user experience and Compliance:

Security: Implement robust security measures for end-user devices. This includes encryption, access controls, antivirus, and intrusion detection.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal policies related to end-user computing.

Experience Enhancement:

Delivery: Design efficient application delivery mechanisms (e.g., virtual apps, app streaming) to enhance user productivity.

Management: Implement user profile management solutions to provide consistent experiences across devices.

Tools: Optimize collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) for seamless communication and collaboration.

Support and Training:

Support: Collaborate with IT support teams to address user issues promptly. Provide second-level support when needed.

Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate end-users on best practices, new features, and security guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements:

10 and Windows 11 deployment and management.

Directory (AD) administration.

Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for endpoint management.

Active Directory (Azure AD).
