Position: Operations Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday CT 8 am - 5 pm

Salary Range: $2,200 - $3,000

Scope of the Role

The Operations Manager will be instrumental in fulfilling our service of coaching and mentoring individuals through finding tech sales jobs. This includes conducting coaching sessions, providing application support, guiding through interview processes, and ensuring follow-ups. Your primary mission will be to optimize our operational processes, manage customer interactions, and enable our business partner to focus on strategic growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the fulfillment process for coaching and mentoring services.

Conduct coaching sessions, provide application guidance, and offer interview support.

Create and send cold emails to hiring managers.

Manage customer inboxes and ensure timely communication.

Build and monitor metrics, hold team members accountable, and execute necessary actions.

Identify bottlenecks in the process, suggest improvements, and implement solutions.

Develop and manage dashboards to track performance.

Scale operations from $1 million to $10 million in annual revenue.

Hire, fire, and manage team members as necessary.

Use tools like Airtable and Notion to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.

Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in an agency business.

Proven experience in scaling a company from $1 million to $10 million in annual revenue.

Managerial experience including hiring and firing.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and remove operational bottlenecks.

Experience with Airtable and Notion is a plus, but open to other tools that can improve processes.
