Position Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Architect. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in handling healthcare projects, from schematic/conceptual designs to construction documents. This individual must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to healthcare facilities. A Master's degree in Architecture is preferred, and a proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to translate design concepts into detailed construction documents.

Conduct site visits, assessments, and evaluations to gather relevant information and ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Participate in meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and stakeholders to communicate project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensed Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare design and construction.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to healthcare facilities.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
