Senior DevOps Engineer

The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technical initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of their application environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with Cloud Experience that will be instrumental in enhancing our software development and deployment procedures. Working intimately with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement solid CI/CD pipelines, automated infrastructure provisioning, and guarantee the scalability and dependability of our systems. This is a direct hire role that offers a hybrid work schedule!

Your Role

Design, Implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance the infrastructure delivery process.

Utilize Industry-standard tools and best practices to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.

Optimize and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or Azure.

Monitor system performance and reliability, making improvements and optimizations where necessary.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to efficiently troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.

Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps team members.

Keep stakeholders, both onsite and remote, informed through effective communication.

Experience

Cloud experience is a MUST-have (AWS or Azure)

5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.

Proficient in Python or PowerShell scripting languages.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI.

Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experienced with infrastructure as code tools including Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.

Excellent abilities in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a bonus.
