Helpdesk Systems Analyst (JD Edwards)

100% onsite in Cold Spring, MN

Salary range: $62k to $74k DOE with full benefits, profit sharing

JOB SUMMARY:

The Helpdesk Systems Analyst will support users for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (ERP). You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and improve existing computer systems.

Responsibilities include:

Provide helpdesk assistance to users of JD Edwards ERP and respond to level 1 support issues

Provide Quality Assurance and testing for JDE and and custom business software

Work with end users to clarify business requirements for IT

Write detailed documentation with descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to modify systems and programs

Study existing information processing systems to evaluate their effectiveness; help develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required

Aud the transactions in various systems

Qualifications include:

Experience supporting ERP systems; JDE is preferred but will consider other systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)

Experience provide helpdesk support to users

Experience using Jira or similar software management tools

Knowledge or experience with software QA, testing, analysis, and support
