Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support and enhance our financial planning and analysis function. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining consistency across planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles while providing leadership with timely, actionable financial insights. This Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leadership to drive informed business decisions.

Pay:

Based on Experience ($90k-$120k)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Modeling

The Senior FP&A Analyst will maintain and enhance the company’s financial and operating models

Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes

Lead or assist in monthly close and reporting cycles to ensure accurate and predictable financial outcomes

Reporting & KPI Management

The Senior FP&A Analyst will prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics

Provide visibility into business performance and emerging trends

Analysis & Decision Support

The Senior FP&A Analyst will analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify risks and opportunities

Deliver ad hoc analysis and support special projects with actionable recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with business leaders to gather and validate financial and operational data

Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across departments

Collaborate with IT/IS teams to improve data systems and integrity

Systems & Tools

The Senior FP&A Analyst will utilize Salesforce, NetSuite, and other internal systems for data extraction, modeling, and reporting

Improve efficiency and effectiveness of reporting tools and processes

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within SaaS or recurring revenue environments

Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills

Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite (reporting and data extraction)

Ability to operate independently and drive results

Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
